The most important foods for skin health are those with omega 3 fatty acids. There are studies that claim that omega 3 can actually make your skin thicker while making it look supple and healthy. The foods that youll find this in are mostly fish. I like to use herring and salmon to add some omega 3 goodness into my diet.
