Hey, my wedding is coming up next year. My skin has been really bad since forever. Is there any supplement I can take for for better skin? I don't have acne but I have lots of skin textural issues and pigmentation.

For a lot of people skin textural issues and pigmentation issues mostly are a result of sun damage. If you don't use sunscreen then the first thing that you should do is start using good sunscreen. Slather on a good amount of sunscreen whenever you plan to go out. Secondly one of the things that helps a lot with textural issues is eating the right kind of food. If you eat a lot of sugar red meat or drink alcohol then it can trigger textural issues in your skin because these are inflammatory foods. Not only should you look into removing things from your diet you should also look for things to add to your diet. Some supplements really help in giving your skin a boost in the glow. You can use fish oil or collagen for a nice glow to the skin (nice website if you want to shop for these supplements: www.vitaminexpress.org/uk/). For pigmentation issues, you should start using retinol after consultation with a doctor. Wish you the best of skin before your wedding.
